Jennifer Lind (Government) will join the PEP in conversation over these timely questions.

Prof. Lind is a faculty associate of the Reischauer Institute at Harvard and a Research Associate at Chatham House in London. Her current research project argues that China has largely closed the economic and technological gap with the United States through a policy of "smart authoritarianism."
