Sian Leah Beilock, a cognitive scientist, was inaugurated as Dartmouth’s 19th president on Friday, Sept. 22.

The first woman to hold the position, she outlined her vision in such areas as mental health, innovation, and sustainability, and issued a call to action to the Dartmouth community.
