President Hanlon sends a note of thanks to students, faculty and staff at the close of fall term and the start of the holiday season.
"There is no doubt in my mind that this facility will deeply enrich the competitiveness of our Big Green teams and the individual experiences of Dartmouth student-athletes for generations to come," said President Hanlon.
Discussion focused on strategic goals, from the academic mission to student well-being.
Two new buildings, including Anonymous Hall, were dedicated last week.
President Hanlon joins Senior Diversity Officer Shontay Delalue and Student Assembly President Jennifer Qian '22 in welcoming the Dartmouth community to fall term 2021.
Janet Judge and Phil Catanzano of Holland & Knight, a national law firm with expertise in Title IX compliance, will lead a gender equity review of Dartmouth's NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics program as part of the comprehensive set of reviews announced on January 29.
President Hanlon announces the reinstatement of five athletics teams and a series of compliance, equity, and process-and-control reviews.
External reviews will look at Athletic Department policies, practices, and governance.
