Memorial Service for President Emeritus James E. Wright

A memorial service will be held in honor of President Emeritus James Wright on Oct. 26 at 11 a.m. in Alumni Hall, with a reception to follow at the Hanover Inn.

The memorial service will be both in person and livestreamed.

A memorial service will be held in honor of President Emeritus James Wright on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m. in Alumni Hall. A reception will follow at the Hanover Inn.

Wright came to Dartmouth as a history professor in 1969 and served as its 16th president from 1998 to 2009. He died on Oct. 10 at his Hanover home at 83.
