DOC All Outside Conference Speaker: Brittany Leavitt

Brittany Leavitt is a leader in outdoor instruction and teaches others how to enjoy the outdoors safely. She will be speaking about Pathways to the Outdoor Industry.

The All Outside Conference is an annual conference hosted by DIJE (a DOC sub club that focuses on increasing Diversity, Inclusion, Justice and Equity in the DOC) that works to get more students involved in the outdoors who might feel marginalized due to their identity or lack of experience. The goal of the conference is to provide a space where beginners can learn new skills, and where all students can learn about and discuss diversity and inclusion in the outdoors through discussion events, skills sessions, beginner trips, and speakers. Brittany Leavitt will be speaking as part of the conference via zoom about pathways to the outdoor industry.
