Graduate of Harvard and MIT, and Professor of the Practice at Brandeis University, Mann is a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of England. She contributes to the research program of The Productivity Institute and is a Science Advisor to the European Investment Bank, among other assignments. Prior to her current appointment, she was Chief Economist at the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) from 2014 to 2017.
