An intergenerational genre mash-up with healthy servings of kicks and biscuits.

This genre-flouting British comedy adventure kicks much ass with its tea and biscuits. Defying her Pakistani parents' expectations, Ria (Priya Kansara) doesn't want to be a doctor; she wants to be a stuntwoman. Her martial arts training comes in handy when her older, art-school drop-out sister (Ritu Arya) is swept up in an arranged marriage with a rich, and seemingly sinister, family. It's up to Ria to fight back and break the hold of convention, conformity and whatever other evil plans lay in wait for her sister. Whiplash editing, wry humor and roundhouse kicks fuel this riotous adventure through the decent and indecent sides of Pakistani-British society.
