You will be guided through the ancient practice of yoga nidra: a deeply restful and rejuvenating sleep-like meditation. Thursdays throughout the term.
You will be guided through the ancient practice of yoga nidra: a deeply restful and rejuvenating sleep-like meditation. Participants will be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply listen to the words of the meditation while doing absolutely nothing else. Yoga philosophy states that 30 minutes of yoga nidra practice is equivalent to 3-4 hours of sleep. Come see for yourself!
*Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours.
