About the Speaker

As a certified coach and motivational speaker based in Boston, Tatyana’s coaching is informed by over 20 years of study and practice at the Headwind School of Psychology, Martial Arts, and Meditation in Krasnodar, USSR, trainings with Harvard Kennedy School Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Clinic, Tony Robbins, Eben Pagan, Vishen Lakhiani and 10 plus years of leadership, public policy, professional development, and international program management experience at Dartmouth College and Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She spoke at Harvard University, Dartmouth College, various organizations and podcasts.          

Tatyana’s robust educational and transformational programs, trainings, and workshops have helped clients around the world to step into their authentic power, discover their deep calling and thrive in their professional and personal lives.                                                    

Tatyana is passionate about making an impact worldwide by creating a global community of conscious leaders, who are motivated by a sense of higher purpose, a deep calling to serve and desire to empower others. These leaders understand the interconnectedness and interdependence of all parties on local and global levels. They have a strong moral compass, vision, and courage to lead with compassion and love.                

Tatyana holds a Master’s Degree in Globalization and International Relations from Dartmouth College in the US and a combined BA & MA in French, English Languages, Literature and Education from Kuban State University, Russia. She is a is an all-star level West Coast Swing dancer.
