Prof. Doug Irwin (John French Professor of Economics at Dartmouth) will briefly discuss Friedman's contributions to economics and public policy and his relationship to Dartmouth. The talk takes place the day before Jennifer Burns of Stanford University discusses her much-anticipated intellectual biography of Friedman here on campus--on the very day of its publication.
