"Generations of Dartmouth students have forged lifelong bonds here at Moosilauke; they have studied, reflected, and grown, and have come to appreciate, through the challenge and beauty of the outdoors, that there are forces more powerful than oneself," said President Hanlon at the dedication of the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge.

"Thayer exemplifies the magic that can happen when all of our institutional strengths and priorities align," said President Hanlon at Thayer's anniversary gala.
"...the Dickey Center has always been about international engagement, experiential learning, and global leadership and impact," said President Hanlon. "And I can't think of anything more relevant to what we're doing at Dartmouth today or more in keeping with the future that both John Sloan Dickey and I share in our visions for our beloved institution."
"...as we gather here this evening, it is my sincere hope that every one of us choose not only to celebrate, remember and honor the legacy of Dr. King, but to live it," said President Hanlon.
