Geoff Ralston D’82, Magnuson Board Member, and YC President will be having a fireside chat with Moxion Power Founder Paul Huelskamp D’06. Geoff previously built RocketMail which became Yahoo mail, was the Chief Product Officer at Yahoo, CEO of Lala, and co-founded Imagine K12. Paul is the Founder of Moxion Power, a company that manufactures industrial-scale electric generators and provides temporary-power-as-a-service to customers in the construction, events and entertainment, data center, and electrified transportation industries.

Geoff will cover some of the myths that exist around startups, what you should do while you’re still in school if you want to start a company, and he’ll talk about how YC can help you get started. Paul will talk about his founder journey, YC experience and give advice for starting a company. Geoff and Paul will also spend time answering your questions live.
