The Dartmouth Political Union will host a panel on voter suppression in the United States. The panelists include award-winning journalist and Professor of English Jeff Sharlet, acclaimed Professor of History and Columbia University Press series editor Bethany Moreton, and renowned Professor of History Annelise Orleck. The panelists will discuss the history, past and present, of voter suppression in the United States. The discussion will explore contemporary threats to our electoral democracy.

Professor Sharlet will be reporting on the ground from Wisconsin, where he is covering the upcoming midterm election. 

Operation Ballot Box will take place in Rockefeller Center 001 (Rocky 001) on Monday, November 7th at 6:30 p.m. The event is open to all members of the Darmtouth and Hanover community.
