This is the final event of the Academic Innovation for the Public Good 2023 book conversation series.
Justin Reich is associate professor of digital media in the Comparative Media Studies/Writing department at MIT and director of the MIT Teaching Systems Lab. In Failure to Disrupt: Why Technology Alone Can't Transform Education, he examines the problems and paradoxes of supposedly transformational educational technologies, taking a hard look at their impact on inequity.
Reich will be interviewed by Shauntel (Poulson) Garvey, co-founder and partner at Reach Capital.
This is the final event of the Academic Innovation for the Public Good 2023 book conversation series, co-organized by Stanford Digital Education and Trinity College and supported by DCAL.
