The Division of Institutional Diversity and Equity invites you to a presentation and discussion with noted higher education Attorney, Peter Lake. Peter Lake is professor of law, Charles A. Dana chair and director of the Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy at Stetson University College of Law. In 2015, he served as the Interim Director of Title IX Compliance at Stetson University.

Peter will be at Dartmouth on May 2, 2023 speaking at various events about the Pathways to Disability Rights.

Join us for this keynote presentation, providing a detailed look at the pathways taken to provide people with disabilities their civil rights under the law. Peter will discuss why this is important for Dartmouth, how these rights remain precarious under the law, and why it takes the entire community to create equity, inclusion and access.
